Neon Health Bar

A set of sprites for a health bar. These were made in Scratch and would probably fit a sci-fi/cyberpunk game best. Consistent with the Newgrounds release, this is released under CC-BY 3.0. For Unreal, I suggest using the 'auto' mode to extract the sprites.
